TFS International we offer our full services and support for Facilities Management Companies, ensuring they can meet the requirements to fully support Tyco addressable Fire Alarm systems, installed within their clients’ sites.

As the role of many Facilities Management companies is evolving to encompass direct provision of Fire Alarm Maintenance using their own Engineering Staff, we offer several levels of Service, to better cater for F.M.’s differing needs.

We offer the traditional role of carrying out Maintenance and Servicing works on a sub-contract basis to the F.M. company, which is what the majority of our clients elect. In addition, we offer an accompanied visit to site for the first Routine Maintenance, to be carried out by the F.M.’s Servicing staff.

This visit would include for full Fire Alarm system reports to be prepared, e.g. full device and zonal spreadsheets, system overall condition and faults status.

This information is handed over to the F.M’s Servicing staff, to aid them in all future Maintenance and fault finding works on that particular site.

A further optional enhancement of this visit, is to address and clear all faults on a site that has been historically problematic; allowing the F.M. Servicing staff to start their contract with a “fault free” site.

As a basic level of “bare bones” support, we offer a central point of spares supply for multiple branch F.M. companies, along with Technical support as and when required.
